Integral Therapist and Coach Training
CIT Training Program
Dr. Forman is not currently accepting new CIT students at this time.
The CIT Global Training is a self-paced, online training in Integral Psychotherapy intended for therapists, therapists-in-training, and coaches. It is grounded in Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory and brings to participants Dr. Forman’s several-decades-long effort to apply Integral Theory directly in the clinical realm. It can be commenced at any time – space-permitting – as the format is entirely individualized. It can be completed in 6-to-12 months.
The CIT Global program is divided into four modules and includes ten individual consultations with Dr. Forman. Upon completion of the program, students will receive certification as Certified Integral Therapists (Level 1, Practitioner level) and have the option to proceed to the Advanced Training (Level 2, Advanced Practitioner Level).
The four modules of the course are as follows:
- Module One is focused on quadrants and on integrative foundations of psychotherapy
- Module Two is focused on levels/stage-assessments and interventions
- Module Three is focused on states, specifically traumatic states and spiritual states
- Module Four is focused on diversity, gender/sexuality, and types
In addition to the four modules, the program is highlighted by the following:
- Online learning
- Self-paced format
- 10 one-hour consultation calls with Dr. Forman (via video conference)
- Recorded lectures for all topics
- An electronic copy of A Guide to Integral Psychotherapy
- An electronic copy of Advancing in Integral Psychotherapy (unpublished manuscript)
- Extensive reading material for all topics
- Students who complete all of the elements – including a final case presentation – will receive certification as CIT Level 1 Practitioners and will be listed on our worldwide therapist directory
- A program cost of $1500
